Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, including bill booking, purchase entries, GRPO, ledger entries, and reconciliation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes and be comfortable working with accounting/ERP software.

Key Responsiblities
Book and verify purchase and expense bills in the accounting/ERP system.
Process and maintain purchase entries accurately and on time.
Prepare and process GRPO (Goods Receipt Purchase Order) entries.
Record day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Perform vendor and ledger reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Verify invoices against purchase orders, GRPOs, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase documents, and accounting entries.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores,



and other departments for invoice and GRPO-related issues.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and proper documentation.
Assist in maintaining vendor accounts and resolving outstanding discrepancies.
Support the Accounts team in month-end closing and other accounting activities.
Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on knowledge of bill booking, purchase entries, GRPO, and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with SAP will be preferred.
Ability to manage multiple accounting entries and documents within timelines.

Qualifiication
B.Com / M.Com.
