Title: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Responsibilities
Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals
Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs
Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool
Attends cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers
Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings




Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year

Qualification
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment
Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory and non-negotiable
Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and A
Solid understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity
Experience working in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
