About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and pipeline generation for our SaaS products targeting international markets.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who understands how to identify the right accounts, connect with decision-makers, conduct meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and consistently generate qualified sales meetings.
You will work closely with our Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, and Sales teams to convert target accounts and inbound/outbound prospects into qualified opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential B2B customers across the US and other international markets.
Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and buying signals based on defined ICPs.
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn,
and other relevant channels.
Build personalized outreach sequences for different industries, personas, and target accounts.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools to identify and engage relevant decision-makers.
Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations to understand customer pain points, current solutions, requirements, and buying intent.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP fit and commercial potential.
Schedule qualified product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales/closing team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Work closely with Demand Generation and ABM teams on target-account campaigns and lead follow-ups.
Maintain accurate lead, account, activity, and opportunity information within the CRM.
Track prospects across different stages of the sales funnel.
