We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, technical acumen, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates to fill critical IT positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (e.g., software developers,Cloud, DevOps, data analysts, system administrators, network engineers)
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Negotiate offers and manage the offer/onboarding process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/future IT hiring needs




Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to leadership
Stay current on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and terminology
Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for niche/specialized tech roles (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
Familiarity with HR compliance and employment law basics
Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Rec
