As a Sales Support Associate on the Global Outbound team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll help Sales teams build high-quality pipelines across global markets. You’ll combine B2B prospecting, AI-powered research, sales intelligence, and personalized multi-channel outreach to identify the right businesses and decision-makers. You’ll use data, experimentation, and automation to make outbound prospecting more effective and scalable. Your work will directly contribute to qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR, business development, lead generation, or a similar prospecting-focused role.
Hands-on experience with B2B prospecting and outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Practical experience using AI for prospect research, qualification, personalization, outreach, or sales productivity.
Experience researching ICPs,



evaluating account fit, identifying decision-makers, and using business signals to prioritize prospects.
Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, prospecting, and data-enrichment platforms.

Bonus points if you have:
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Similarweb, Hunter, or similar sales intelligence tools.
Experience supporting global B2B markets or working in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, digital advertising, or another technology-led B2B business.
