1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities Project Management
* Lead and support the development and implementation of project execution
plans in line with the Transmission Service Agreement (TSA), contractual
requirements, project objectives, and site conditions.
* Develop, monitor, and control project schedules in coordination with project,
engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
* Plan and optimize deployment of manpower, materials, equipment, tools,
services, and other resources to achieve project milestones within the
approved schedule and budget.
* Monitor project performance through periodic progress reviews, dashboards,
MIS, and performance reports, and identify corrective actions to improve
productivity and schedule adherence.
* Develop manpower and material mobilization plans to address critical
activities and expedite delayed works.
* Proactively identify resource constraints and coordinate timely mobilization
of additional resources to recover delays and maintain project targets.
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key project,
construction, activities.
* Monitor engineering deliverables, drawings and documents approval status to
ensure timely availability at site.
* Drive proactive planning and interface management to optimize the project
completion schedule and minimize idling of manpower, equipment, and other
resources.
* Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, testing, commissioning, and
engineering teams to resolve technical and execution interfaces.
* Support senior management in identifying project risks, developing mitigation
plans, and ensuring timely achievement of key project milestone
* Support successful project completion, commissioning, and formal handover to
the Operations team.
Quality management
* Review & assist in field quality plan for approval.
* Ensure implementation of quality requirements at site and for any deviations
