Role Description
We're hiring a Social Media Specialist who treats social platforms as a revenue engine, not a content posting ground. You'll ideate campaigns, build and manage the content calendar, and work closely with our design team to turn raw ideas into content that actually stops people mid-scroll. Beyond organic content, you'll plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn to drive real engagement and qualified leads for the brands we work with. You'll own the loop end to end: come up with the idea, shape it with a designer, put it in front of the right audience,



and read the numbers to know what actually worked.

Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and build social campaigns from concept through execution, across both organic and paid.
- Construct and manage the content calendar across platforms, keeping content tied to brand goals and key dates.
- Partner closely with designers to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and videos for Reels, LinkedIn, Stories, and more.
- Write copy that gives content its voice and gets people to actually engage.
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive engagement and generate qualified leads for client brands.
- Run A/B tests on creative and targeting, and optimize ad spend based on what's actually performing.
- Track metrics like CTR, CPA, and watch time, and use that data to pivot strategy, not just report on it.
