Job description:
GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is seeking a customer-oriented Sr. Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B/B2C holidays, ticketing, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand customer needs.
Recommend and sell international and domestic and holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
Assist customers with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
Manage air ticketing and other travel arrangements.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle booking amendments, cancellations,



and customer queries.
Meet and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Experience in B2B/B2C Holidays, Visa Services, and/or Ticketing.
Good understanding of domestic and international destinations.
Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM systems will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
