Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC Specialist who has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for the USA market through Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
This is not a general digital marketing role. We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully managed PPC campaigns for service-based businesses targeting US consumers.
Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following industries will be given strong preference:
* Printer Support Services
* Bookkeeping & Accounting Services
* Antivirus / Technical Support Services
* Remote IT Support Services

* Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns.
* Generate high-quality inbound leads from the USA.
* Create and optimize keyword strategies for competitive industries.
* Manage large PPC budgets while maximizing ROI.
* Perform keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
* Develop effective ad copies with robust CTR and conversion rates.
* Optimize Quality Score, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
* Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Microsoft UET.
* Build remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
