Position: Marketing Manager – OEM Sales & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead business
development, OEM sales and customer relationship management for our
Automotive / Truck business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive industry,
proven OEM exposure, excellent customer relationships and a demonstrated




track record of achieving sales and business-growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business strategies to grow the OEM business
in the Automotive / Commercial Vehicle / Truck segment.
* Identify current OEM business opportunities and develop long-term
customer relationships.
* Manage existing OEM accounts and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
* Drive new business acquisition and achieve agreed sales and revenue
targets.
* Prepare and deliver annual business plans, sales forecasts and
market-development plans.
* Develop strong relationships with OEM purchase, engineering, quality
and commercial teams.
* Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to
deliver appropriate solutions.
* Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D;, Engineering and other
internal teams to meet customer requirements.
* Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and business proposals
with OEM customers.
