Role: AI/ML Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI systems across Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and intelligent automation.
You will drive technical innovation, build production-ready AI solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
AI Development & Research
Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions using ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
Build solutions involving NLP, Computer Vision, multimodal AI, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
Develop and optimize LLM applications, RAG pipelines,



and Agentic AI workflows.
Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models, including LLMs and VLMs.
Research, prototype, and productionize state-of-the-art AI techniques.
Model Optimization & Deployment
Optimize models for performance, scalability, latency, and real-time inference.
Apply quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation for cloud and edge deployments.
Deploy AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern model-serving frameworks.
Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and observability.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
Maintain clear technical documentation.
