SEREKO is a fast-growing skincare & wellness brand, building a differentiated business at the intersection of skincare, wellness and mental wellbeing.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven B2B Business Manager to build and scale two new revenue channels for SEREKO :
1. Corporate Gifting Employee gifting, festive gifting, client & leadership gifting, onboarding kits, wellness programs, conferences and annual corporate programs.
2. HoReCa Hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, clubs, spas and wellness businesses — including guest amenities, welcome kits, VIP gifting, weddings and curated wellness experiences.
What you’ll own
* Build the B2B strategy and revenue pipeline from the ground up
*Identify, acquire and grow corporate and HoReCa accounts
*Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure and repeat business
*Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Founders, Hospitality & Purchase leaders
*Develop strategic channel and distribution partnerships
*Drive recurring revenue, account expansion and repeat business
*Own commercial negotiations, margins and account economics
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Who we’re looking for
*4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, HoReCa, Hospitality,
Institutional Sales, Key Accounts or Channel Partnerships
*Strong track record of new business acquisition and revenue generation
*Existing network across corporates, hospitality, gifting or premium consumer businesses
*Strong commercial and negotiation skills
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from scratch
*Comfortable in a quick-paced, high-ownership startup environment
