Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can drive revenue growth by combining strong sales execution with effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calling, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, decision-makers, and business owners.
- Develop and execute lead-generation and outreach campaigns.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update CRM records.
- Contribute ideas for improving Expertbells' sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, or digital outreach is preferred.
- Ability to confidently communicate with founders and senior decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and digital marketing channels is an advantage.
