We're hiring a Video Editor to bring Anveshan's story to life across every screen our customers scroll. From
snappy reels and product films to founder narratives, recipe edits and performance ad cuts — you'll own the
craft, the rhythm and the final frame.
You'll partner closely with the design, content and marketing teams to ship video that's beautiful, on-brand
and built to convert.
K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Editing & Storytelling
▸ Edit short-form, ship daily. Cut reels, shorts and stories for Instagram, YouTube, Meta and Google ads.
▸ Edit long-form with depth. Brand films, founder stories, recipe videos, customer testimonials and podcast
clips.
▸ Make food look irresistible. Edit product and recipe footage with the right pacing, colour and sound to
make ghee, oils and superfoods sing.
Motion, Sound & Finish
▸ Add motion. Build clean motion graphics, lower-thirds, end-frames and animated typography in After
Effects.
▸ Own the sound. Mix audio, place SFX, sync to music and craft licence-secure sound design.
▸ Colour & finish.



Grade footage to a consistent brand look across campaigns and creators.
Systems & Collaboration
▸ Build the system. Maintain a tight project structure, asset library and reusable templates so the team ships
faster.
▸ Collaborate cross-team. Pair with content, design, marketing and performance to align edits with goals —
CTR, watch-time, conversion.
▸ Be on set when needed. Support shoots in-studio or on-location to capture the right footage at source.
W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R
▸ 2–4 years of experience as a Video Editor, ideally in D2C, food, lifestyle or content-heavy brands.
▸ A showreel that proves it. Portfolio with both short-form social and long-form brand work.

▸ Adobe ecosystem fluency. Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects; Photoshop and Illustrator
for thumbnails / supers.
▸ Storytelling instincts. A sense for pacing, hooks and the cut that keeps viewers watching.
