We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services sales, particularly in web development, ecommerce, and digital marketing solutions, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals in international markets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the complete sales cycle and working with technical and marketing teams to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify,
generate and qualify new business leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B lead generation channels.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closure.
Understand client requirements related to Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing, and translate them into tailored service proposals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with the technical/project management team.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and consistently contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
