Mendu Herbs is hiring an Email Marketing Expert to own our Klaviyo-driven email retention engine for our natural supplements brand (Shilajit and more). You’ll drive repeat purchases, LTV, and profitable revenue through strategy, automation, copy, and segmentation.
What you will do
Design and execute the email strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows (Post-purchase, replenishment/reorder etc.)
Plan and run campaign calendars for launches and promotions.
Implement advanced segmentation & personalization in Klaviyo.
Run structured A/B tests (subject lines, offers, creative, timing).
Write high-converting copy and collaborate on on-brand templates.
Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
Report weekly on key metrics: revenue per recipient, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, LTV.
