Role Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering to join
our R&D; team. The role involves working on end-to-end product development including design,
prototyping, validation, and integration of mechanical, electronic, and control systems.
This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to work in a quick
paced, innovation-driven startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in product design and development from concept to prototype.
• Create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
• Perform basic CAE/FEA analysis for design validation and optimization.
• Work on mechanical-electronic integration for functional prototypes.
• Develop and test basic embedded/control logic for prototypes.
• Support testing, validation, and iteration of designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, software,
manufacturing).
• Participate in research, benchmarking, and design improvement activities.
Technical Skills
Design & CAD
• Understanding of mechanical design principles
• Proficiency in at least one CAD tool:
o SolidWorks / Creo / NX / CATIA or equivalent
CAE / Simulation
• Basic understanding of FEA concepts
• Exposure to tools such as:
o ANSYS Workbench / SolidWorks Simulation or equivalent
Electronics, Controls & Embedded Systems
• Fundamental understanding of electronics and control systems
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers / embedded platforms:
o Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Jetson Nano or equivalent
Soft Skills & Attributes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
