RNisarg Foundation is led by doctors with medical backgrounds who specialize in solid waste and biomedical waste management, combining deep subject expertise with practical implementation experience. RNisarg projects are focused on reducing waste generation and promoting reuse and recycling, with a particular emphasis on creating Zero Waste Educational Institutions. This role sits within Project SAKHI, RNisarg's flagship menstrual health programme, alongside other CSR-funded projects.

Role

RNisarg Foundation is looking for a Project Manager to lead Project SAKHI and other CSR-funded projects. The role involves end-to-end project planning, field implementation, stakeholder coordination, team management, monitoring, documentation, and CSR reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute CSR projects as per approved timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Lead implementation of Project SAKHI,



including menstrual health awareness, training, community outreach, and follow-ups
Coordinate with CSR partners, government stakeholders, healthcare workers, trainers, NGOs, and communities
Manage project teams, field staff, interns, and volunteers
Conduct regular field visits and monitor implementation quality
Track project targets, beneficiary data, KPIs, and outcomes
Prepare MIS, monthly/quarterly reports, presentations, case studies, and impact documentation
Monitor project budgets and coordinate with the finance team for expenses and supporting documents
Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely corrective action
Support project proposals, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, Sociology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in NGO, CSR, public health, or community-based projects
