Role Summary
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for program delivery leveraging HCLSoftware's Unica portfolio,



across implementation and managed marketing services engagements for banking and financial institution clients. The role is responsible for planning, staffing, and running multi-year marketing automation delivery programs, applying AI and agentic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Accountability and Ownership of the entire Martech Delivery Program
Deliver marketing outcomes to clients based on agreed delivery scope and contracts.
Plan and run Martech program delivery in coordination with HCLSoftware stakeholders, business partners, and clients.
Build project plans covering timelines, budgets, staffing, and milestones for multi-year engagements.
Lead program delivery for banking and financial institution clients, applying delivery practices suited to regulated marketing environments.
Run managed marketing services, including ongoing support and platform optimization for Unica deployments.
Lead and coordinate project teams of 50 to 100+ members, including mentoring of project managers and assoc
