What you'll own:
Build and run Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end: structure, targeting, creative testing, budget allocation
Read the account, not just the dashboard. Find where spend is leaking and where it's compounding
Own the numbers every week. Report what's working, kill what isn't, scale what earns
Work directly with the founder on account strategy across our client roster

What we need to see:
This isn't a role you can talk your way into. Send proof: accounts you've run, before-and-after on spend and ROAS, a campaign you turned around. Screenshots, case notes, a Loom walking us through an account you're proud of. Show us the mechanism, not the vibes.

You probably have




1 to 3 years actually running paid accounts (not managing someone who does)
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads: pixel, conversions, audiences, the full stack
A feel for creative. You know a scroll-stopper from a spend-drainer
The instinct to check the data before forming an opinion

Compensation
Up to ₹3,00,000 CTC per year, plus a performance incentive tied to results you actually deliver. Hit the targets and the number moves.
