Overseas Education Counsellor | 5+ Years Experience
AbroadRunway is hiring an experienced Overseas Education Counsellor for our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas education counselling
Must be comfortable working on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad
Must have a personal laptop that can be used for work
Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
Must be comfortable calling and following up with current enquiries
Strong experience in end-to-end student counselling, admissions & visa processing
? Role Responsibilities
You will handle the complete student journey from enquiry to visa, including:
Calling and handling new student enquiries
Understanding student profiles, academic background, goals and budget
Providing one-on-one counselling on countries, courses and universities
Shortlisting suitable universities and programs
Managing university applications and documentation
Following up with students and parents throughout the process
Guiding students through the offer, fee payment and CAS/CoE process
Providing guidance on the student visa application process
Assisting with visa documentation, financial requirements and visa interview preparation
Tracking applications and visa progress
Coordinating with universities and internal teams
Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
Converting qualified enquiries into applications, admissions and successful visa outcomes

We're looking for someone who can independently manage students end-to-end, from the first enquiry and counselling call through university admission and visa processing.
