Job Summary We are looking for a self-starting, results-oriented US IT Recruiter with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a strong IT educational background ( MCA / B.Tech / B.E. IT/Computer Science preferred ), excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with W2 and C2C requirements/accounts .

We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of requirements from sourcing through closure , rather than simply submitting resumes. The recruiter should be proactive, accountable, and focused on successfully closing positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Work on W2 and C2C requirements/accounts.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and X-Ray searches.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, location, work authorization, and compensation.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
- Take complete ownership of assigned requirements from sourcing to placement.
- Proactively work on difficult and urgent requirements and develop alternative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.




- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.

Must-Have Requirements

- 2 3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience working on W2 and C2C requirements/accounts.
- MCA / B.Tech / B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and job portals (Monster, Dice and Indeed).
- Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.
- Experience with VMS/MSP requirements.
- Experience recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analyst, and other IT roles.
- Experience with ATS/CRM and recruitment tracking systems.
- Ability to independently manage assigned requirements.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
