Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Tirupathi, Noida, India – On-site

Work Schedule: US EST Time Zone / US Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US Healthcare positions across Clinical and Non-Clinical functions.
- Leverage a strong personal candidate network/database, job portals, referrals, social platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Source, qualify, screen, and submit healthcare professionals for contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and direct/full-time opportunities.
- Recruit across a broad range of US healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, nursing, and non-clinical roles.
- Work effectively with MSP/VMS programs, direct clients, and staffing partners to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Review candidate qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and eligibility against client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure candidates complete required credentialing, compliance, background checks, and other onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, submissions, interview status, and recruiting activity within the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to improve engagement, retention, and placement success.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly recruitment, submission, interview, and placement targets.




- Work independently while collaborating effectively with Account Managers, Recruiting Leaders, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

- 6months–5 years of proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Robust hands-on experience recruiting for Clinical and/or Non-Clinical healthcare positions in the US market.
- Demonstrated success in contract, Contract-to-Hire, and direct-hire recruitment.
- Must have an established and active personal candidate database/network within the US healthcare staffing market.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare job functions, candidate qualifications, credentialing, licensing, compliance, and onboarding requirements.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS environments and direct client requirements.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requirements, and perform effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work US EST hours / night shift from Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing relationships with US healthcare professionals and healthcare staffing networks.
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche healthcare positions.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing market trends and compensation structures.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, VMS, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment technologies.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding recruitment and placement targets.
