We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will have solid experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles, working with direct clients, MSP/VMS models, and implementation partners.

US IT Recruiter (1–5+ years)

Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews.
- Validate candidate experience, visa status (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work on W2,



C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with MSP/VMS requirements.
- Knowledge of US visa categories and work authorization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in EST/CST time zones.
- Experience using ATS tools and job boards.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with direct clients.
- Knowledge of technical skills (Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
