About the RoleWe are looking for a US Accounting Intern to join our Finance & Accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months–1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and gaining practical exposure to accounting processes followed by US-based organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the accounting team with day-to-day US accounting activities.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Perform basic bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting reports and spreadsheets.
- Support invoice processing, payment records, and expense tracking.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related information.
- Follow accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies.




- Learn and work with accounting software and tools used for US Accounting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of accounting experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US working hours.
