- Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

? Compensation & Budget

- ? Budget: Up to ₹32.0 LPA

Key Skills & Domain Expertise ?️ Technical & Core Skills ✅ Database Skills: Basic to working knowledge of SQL & Oracle ✅ Implementation Lifecycle: End-to-end client solutioning, requirements gathering, file intake, & data validation ✅ Composition & Output Tooling: Print & Mail processing fundamentals, print floor/insertion processing, printer & inserter constraints





? Functional & Domain Knowledge ✅ Cards & Payments: Deep expertise in US Banking and Payments domain

✅ Item/Image Processing: Item & Image Processing implementation workflows

✅ Distributed Capture: Merchant & Mobile distributed capture workflows (end-to-end deposit lifecycle)

✅ ATM & ICL: ATM image deposit capture, balancing, exception handling, and Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing

✅ Risk & Compliance: Duplicate Detection configuration & management

? Key Responsibilities

- ?️ Client-Facing Leadership: Lead client calls during US hours (EST), managing requirements gathering and solution design with high autonomy.
- ? End-to-End Delivery: Own and run projects as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst, bringing structure to ambiguous project needs.
- ?️ Problem Solving & Escalations: Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data patterns, identify risks, and apply cutting-edge solutions.
- ? Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, optimize workflows, and drive design decisions (for TL/Manager/SDM levels).
