AMER Technology is looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen healthcare candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Recruit for roles such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, and required documentation.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Update ATS records and manage recruitment activities efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Good understanding of the US Healthcare recruitment process.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, and ATS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet recruitment targets and work in the US Shift.
