Create quality standards, control systems, inspection protocols, and test plans (ITPs).
- Inspect & Test:
Monitor and test materials, equipment, processes, and finished products for compliance.
- Analyze & Improve:
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and suggest process improvements.
- Document & Report:
Maintain quality records, prepare reports, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate:
Work with production, design, suppliers, and management to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
