Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Soft Skill Trainers at the DDU-GKY Center in Kaushambi, with work location in Prayagraj.

The Soft Skill

Trainers will conduct classroom sessions on communication, life skills, and workplace readiness for youth enrolled under DDU-GKY. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive training modules,



using presentations and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and professional behavior. Trainers will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain training records, and align sessions with DDU-GKY and organizational guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with center staff, participating in reviews, and supporting placement efforts by preparing trainees for interviews and job environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Soft Skills and Life Skills expertise, including workplace etiquette, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Presentation Skills for conducting engaging and clear classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including lesson planning, learner assessment, and facilitation of interactive learning.
- Relevant experience in vocational training, skill development, or working with youth from diverse backgrounds is highly beneficial.
- Minimum graduate degree in any discipline; a background in education, social work, psychology, or HR is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain documentation, manage batches, and work collaboratively with center teams and project stakeholders.
- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, online tools) to prepare training materials and reports.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective training and communication will be preferred.
