Required Skills:

- The candidate must be creative and a designer to come up with new designs and expert in design tool like Figma, abode, photoshop etc.
- The candidate also must be an expert in UI development with responsive expertise in HTML, CASS, LESS, SAS etc.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Experience designing web applications, eCommerce and B2B / B2C portals and/or a good creative portfolio to demonstrate your design thinking process.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images,



sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation of software development projects.
- Good communication skills.

Must/Good to have hands-on experience:

- Must be expert in designing tools like Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Bootstrap and HTML
- Valuable time-management skills.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and Invision).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
