We are looking for an experienced UiPath Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong expertise in UiPath platform administration, infrastructure management, network integration, and enterprise automation support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, securing, and supporting UiPath environments across Development, QA, and Production landscapes while ensuring platform stability, compliance, and operational readiness.

This role is critical for supporting network migrations, infrastructure upgrades, platform modernization, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

UiPath Platform Administration & Support

- Manage and support UiPath infrastructure components including:
- UiPath Orchestrator
- Robots and Robot Services
- AI Center (if applicable)
- UiPath Automation Suite
- UiPath Test Suite Components
- Perform platform administration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Infrastructure & Environment Management
- Design, maintain, and support:
- Development (DEV)
- Quality Assurance (QA/UAT)
- Production (PROD)
- Manage VM/VDI infrastructure including:
- VM provisioning
- Capacity planning
- Server lifecycle management
- Runtime dependency management
- Performance monitoring
- Ensure environment segregation and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Network Connectivity Support

- Support infrastructure activities related to:
- Network upgrades
- Zone migrations




- Firewall configurations
- Proxy configurations
- DNS and Routing dependencies
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across UiPath components.
- Coordinate with network and security teams during infrastructure changes.

Hybrid Architecture & Cloud Integration
- Support hybrid UiPath deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Maintain:
- Cloud connectivity
- Identity integrations
- Secure communication channels
- Hybrid execution models
- Participate in architecture reviews and cloud migration initiatives.

Gateway & Data Bridge Administration
- Manage on-premises gateway connectivity.
- Configure and maintain UiPath Data Bridge.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between cloud and on-prem environments.

Security, Compliance & Access Governance
- Administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Manage:
- User access
- Service accounts
- Group memberships
- Permission reviews
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Participate in internal and customer audits.

Automation & Scripting
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for infrastructure automation.
- Support:
- Scheduled automation
- Background services
- Maintenance activities
- Drive infrastructure automation initiatives.





Enterprise Scheduler Integration
- Support integrations with:
- UC4 Automic
- RunMyJobs
- Enterprise Scheduling Platforms
- Manage:
- Batch job execution
- Scheduling workflows
- Dependency mapping
- Hybrid orchestration scenarios
- Troubleshoot scheduler failures and execution issues.

Migration & Transition Management
- Analyze migration dependencies and infrastructure impacts.
- Support:
- Environment migrations
- Platform upgrades
- Infrastructure transitions
- Operational handovers

- Ability to work independently and collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, Network, Application, and Automation teams.
