Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Tutors for KPSC Guru with experience, based in Vijaypura (Bijapure). The tutor will deliver subject-specific classes aligned with KPSC/KAS syllabi, including explanation of core concepts, exam patterns, and answer-writing techniques. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive sessions, and guiding learners through test series and previous year questions.

The tutor will clarify doubts, review performance analytics, provide individualized feedback, and help aspirants build effective exam strategies. The role also involves contributing to mock test design,



updating content with relevant current affairs, and collaborating with the academic team to maintain high-quality standards in teaching and assessment.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in KPSC/KAS-related domains (e.g., General Studies, Karnataka polity and history, economy, geography, and optional subjects as relevant).
- Proven online teaching or tutoring experience for competitive exams, preferably KPSC/KAS or similar state/public service examinations.
