We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive the end-to-end development of our next-generation UAV platform, VANA. The role involves leading system architecture, product development, flight testing, certification readiness, and building a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in UAV, Aerospace, or Defence Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proven experience taking UAV/aerospace products from design to flight testing and deployment.
- B.E./B.Tech required; M.Tech/MS preferred.
