Role – Treasury Specialist or Manager No. of positions - 1 Location – Work from Home . Preferably Mumbai but can be nearby cities also.

Work Shift – US Pacific time (Monday – Friday 8.30 pm to 6 am IST)

Qualification – Minimum B.Com. but higher qualification and certifications will be helpful

Minimum relevant experience – 5 years (Exposure to US client is a must)

Scope of work –

Investments & Reporting

- Support permissible investment compliance reporting and Investment Company Act compliance
- Perform investment analytics and ad hoc financial analysis to support treasury and capital markets activities
- Administrative updates
- Backup support for Foreign Exchange activities

Lender Reporting & audit

- Assist with lender reporting - monthly support certs, quarterly compliance, covenants
- Assist with lender’s Annual Audit reporting

SOX/PBC/Controls Reporting And Others

- Manage SOX and PBC request support, including gathering, organizing, and preparing required materials
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to support reporting, controls, and audit-related requests




- Run recurring and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and develop, maintain documentation (SOPs) for the processes above.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks, projects, account monitoring, metrics/dashboard updates

Required Skills & Attributes

- Robust Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with finance ERP systems such as Google Suites, Netsuite, Clearwater, Bank Portals, Investment portals or similar
- Technical skills will be a plus (VBA, SQL, Python, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively against established deadlines
- Any FP&A; experience can also be an added advantage
- Should be proficient working with data
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind the work.
- A thoughtful, analytical approach rather than a purely task-oriented mindset.
- A process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and scalability
