Assistara is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Operations Manager to lead and optimize our International (US Process) travel operations. The ideal candidate must possess extensive leadership experience in the US PPC (Pay-Per-Call) process with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, team performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for the International US PPC Travel process.
- Manage operational performance by monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
- Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
- Drive performance management, process optimization,
and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the International US PPC Process .
- Proven experience in managing travel operations within a US process environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
