Role Description The Travel Coordinator / Consultant (Domestic) is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning and managing domestic travel arrangements for guests, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary coordination. The position involves handling reservations, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience aligned with Vervve’s service standards.

The coordinator will communicate with clients and vendors,



provide prompt customer support, maintain accurate travel records, and collaborate with hotel and resort teams to optimize travel-related services. The role also includes monitoring travel costs, adhering to company policies, and suggesting improvements in travel processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Travel Coordination and Travel Management activities for domestic itineraries.
- Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and related services.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or corporate travel operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic fare rules is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, travel management, business, or a related field is desirable.
