Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the consultant will design and manage travel itineraries, handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and ensure that all travel arrangements meet client preferences and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on destinations and travel options, managing reservations and changes, responding to inquiries, and providing proactive updates on itineraries and travel requirements.

The Travel

Consultant will collaborate with internal and external partners, maintain accurate records of bookings, and deliver responsive,



high-quality customer service before, during, and after travel.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to assess client needs, recommend suitable itineraries, and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and ground transport using travel platforms and reservation systems.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and timely support throughout the travel experience.
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in a client-facing consulting or booking role.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and comfort working with digital tools and online booking systems.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
