Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for providing end-to-end travel advisory and booking services to individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable destinations and itineraries, and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and local transportation. The role involves managing reservations, issuing tickets, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The Travel

Consultant will respond to inquiries, resolve issues,



offer cost-effective travel options, and maintain strong customer relationships. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences and meet service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should be proficient in using travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation systems, and basic office software.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
