Key Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver engaging Voice & Accent training programs for new hires and existing employees.

✅ Coach employees on pronunciation, grammar, articulation, fluency, accent neutralization, and professional communication.

✅ Conduct assessments and track learner progress to ensure training effectiveness.

✅ Provide floor support through call monitoring,



feedback sessions, and refresher training.

✅ Design and customize learning content based on business and individual development needs.

✅ Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Create action plans to improve performance and accelerate learner growth.

✅ Maintain training reports, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3-5 years of experience in Voice & Accent Training, preferably within the Healthcare RCM/BPO industry.

✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

✔ Robust understanding of American or neutral accent principles.

✔ Expertise in facilitation, coaching, curriculum development, and learner engagement.

✔ Certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, Voice & Accent Training, or equivalent are highly preferred.

✔ Experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and MS Office.

Bonus Points

⭐ CEFR, IELTS, TOEFL, or similar English proficiency certifications.

⭐ Certification in Phonetics, Speech Therapy, or Communication Training.
