We are looking for an experienced Tracking & Tracing Coordinator to join our team and support our Canadian trucking operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track trucks and shipments in real time.

Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers.

Follow up on pickup and delivery status.

Identify delays, breakdowns, or service issues and escalate them promptly.

Maintain accurate tracking records and daily reports.

Ensure consistent communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Handle after-hours tracking and tracing requirements.

? Requirements:





Previous experience in Canadian trucking / logistics is preferred.

Solid knowledge of tracking & tracing procedures.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working night shifts.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.

Experience with transportation management systems or tracking software is an advantage.
