About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling domestic and international holiday inquiries, creating customized itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media inquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.

Holiday Package Planning
- Design customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing tours, cruises, activities, and transportation options.
- Upsell travel insurance, visa services, flights, forex, and other travel-related services.

Quotation & Booking Management
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and suppliers.




- Confirm bookings and ensure timely payment collection.
- Issue booking confirmations and travel vouchers.
- Monitor booking deadlines and supplier payment schedules.

Destination Expertise
- Stay updated on international and domestic travel trends.
- Maintain knowledge of visa requirements, entry regulations, and travel advisories.
- Develop expertise in destinations such as Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Indian destinations.

Customer Service & Travel Support
- Assist clients before, during, and after travel.
- Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage reviews and referrals.

Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with visa and documentation teams.
- Ensure all travel documents are correctly processed.
- Assist customers with travel insurance and forex requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation.

Marketing & Business Development
- Promote holiday packages through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and referrals.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, seminars,



and promotional events.
- Build relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong destination and itinerary planning knowledge.
- Experience in domestic and international holiday sales.
- Knowledge of GDS systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations role.
- Experience in handling FIT, Group Tours, Honeymoon Packages, Family Holidays, and Customized Tours.
