Role Description The Tour Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar.

The Tour

Executive will plan and organize tours, prepare detailed itineraries, coordinate bookings with hotels and transport providers, and ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly. This role includes communicating with clients to understand their preferences, providing information about destinations, and addressing questions or concerns before and during trips.

Executive will support guided tours,



manage logistics on the ground, handle any changes or issues that arise, and maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to deliver a consistent, high-quality travel experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Tour Planning and Itineraries to design structured, engaging, and efficient travel programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours and Tour Management to support on-ground operations and ensure smooth, well-managed experiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Relevant skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and time management are highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Kashmir, Ladakh, and other regional destinations, along with fluency in English and local languages, is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry and familiarity with booking and reservation systems are preferred.
