Team Manager - Weld Shop

A purpose driven role for you

You will be managing welding operation of 2250 fuel tanks with the help of 100+ team members and advanced machine including robots, press, spot, washing, resistance welding and leak testing.

A Day in the life

You will be responsible for production, cost, improvements, quality, EHS parameters for entire shift.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering Min 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Robot teaching, ISO knowledge, TPM experience, Welding technology, MS excel, PPT, word. Communication verbal and written

Behavioural Skills

Team player, Initiator, Communication, Assertive
