Role

As the Team Manager you will be part of the Final Inspection Team and will report to the Section Head - Final Inspection The purpose of your role will be to ensure defect free vehicle Delivery to Dispatch Section.

A purpose driven role for you

Inspection of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level.

- Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues
- Taking Improvement actions

Defined manpower deployment Line wise
- Co-ordination for Man-power availability as per defined Productivity chart.

Maintaining discipline and consistent output of the Test riders
- Test riders Output monitoring.
- Counselling and trainings for improvement

Timely clearance of the vehicles after Final inspection.

Co-ordination with the Shift wise counter parts Frame assembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Final inspection

Maintaining 5s, Safety and TPM culture in Department

- Conducting Safety Meetings, Various Audits of the Department

• Carrying out regular maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructure

A Day in the life

To plan, coordinate and execute the activities in the Final Inspection area in order to Produce the First Time right Quality

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering Min 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.MS Office, SAP .

- Understanding of Quality Systems , Usage of QC Tools , PFMEA , PPAP, Why Why Analysis etc.
- Through Knowledge of Drawings , GD&T.;

Behavioural Skills

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Behavioral Based Safety Approach
- Planning and decision making.
