We are seeking an experienced TIBCO TDV Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV). The ideal candidate should have expertise in integrating data from multiple sources, creating virtual data models, optimizing query performance, and enabling secure, real-time access to enterprise data.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV).
- Create and manage virtual views, data services, and semantic data models.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data from databases, cloud platforms, applications, and web services.
- Develop reusable data services to support reporting, analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize query performance through caching, query optimization, and tuning techniques.
- Configure security, user roles, and data access policies within the TDV platform.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and performance of TDV services.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to understand and implement data requirements.
- Develop technical documentation, data models, and deployment procedures.




- Support migrations, upgrades, and production deployments.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV).

Strong expertise in:
- TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV)
- Data Virtualization concepts
- SQL
- Data Modeling

Experience integrating data from:
- Oracle

- SQL Server

- PostgreSQL

- MySQL

- Snowflake

- REST APIs

- SOAP Web Services

- Flat Files (CSV/XML/JSON)
- Strong SQL query writing and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with data caching, query optimization, and metadata management.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) or TIBCO Spotfire.
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Understanding of data governance and master data management (MDM).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
