Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager – Recycling & Processing Unit (TRF) to manage end-to-end operations of a textile recycling and material processing unit in Kadodara, Surat.

The role involves overseeing daily operations, material flow, sorting and processing activities, team supervision, and operational reporting. The candidate must have strong execution ability, coordination skills, and experience in operations-driven environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the recycling and processing unit
- Oversee material handling, sorting, storage, and processing activities
- Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Monitor output quality and productivity
- Maintain inventory and material movement records

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Track operational performance and productivity metrics
- Maintain accurate operational documentation
- Share structured updates with management

Team Supervision




- Supervise on-ground operations team
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution
- Ensure discipline and adherence to processes
- Support training and operational improvement

Vendor & Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and supply partners
- Support sourcing and inflow of textile waste material
- Ensure smooth logistics and material movement

Safety & Compliance
- Maintain basic safety and housekeeping standards
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Identify issues and support corrective actions when required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, production, warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing environments
- Experience in textile, recycling, logistics, or material processing preferred
