Test Coordinator - Medini Tool Qualification

We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to lead the testing activities for our Medini Tool Qualification Project. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test activities to ensure that our custom automation scripts comply with ISO 26262 requirements for Tool Confidence Levels (TCL 1-3). Your work will directly contribute to the safety qualification of Medini scripts used in automotive safety-critical applications.

Experience : 4 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and define test objectives, scope, methods, and success criteria for script verification and validation.
- Ensure traceability between test cases, safety requirements, and tool qualification goals.
- Support the development of a test strategy and test plan in coordination with software developers, technical project leader and stakeholders.
- Coordinate test activities between cross-functional activities and roles (e.g., Functional Safety Expert, Software Developer, Test Engineer).
- Oversee test execution (manual and automated) for functional testing, fault injection testing, and regression testing.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers.
- Assess risks related to tool qualification (e.g., incomplete test coverage, script errors).
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test specifications, test reports, and tool qualification reports.
- Ensure all documents comply with ISO 26262 and customer-specific requirements.
- Present test results and progress to stakeholders .





Qualification Criteria

- Technical knowledge in ISO26262, with a focus on software level, tool qualification, and hardware level.
- Experience with functional safety for automotive (FMEA, FTA, SPM/LFM).
- Familiarity with Ansys Medini (or similar safety analysis tools).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Java Script) for test automation.
- Hardware Analysis understanding (Power Electronics, Automotive Energy Systems).
- Experience with GitHub and Tortoise Git.
