Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing technology team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding,



developing and implementing HR policies, and handling performance management processes. The role involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership to support workforce planning, compensation and perks administration, and training and development programs.
