What You'll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
✅ Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle management
✅ Handle attendance, leave, and HR operations
✅ Maintain employee records and documentation
✅ Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities
✅ Create and improve HR processes, SOPs, and playbooks

What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Highly organized and process-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and HR tools
