MIS & Business Operations Intern
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Internship: Full-time
Duration: 2–3 Months
Stipend: ₹3,000/month
About the Internship
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented intern who can help us bring better structure to our business reporting and day-to-day processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, numbers, reports, graphs, and systems and wants hands-on experience in a real business environment.
You will work directly with management on a small but important MIS & Process Improvement Project.
What You Will Work On? MIS & Data Management
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Organize and clean existing business data.
Maintain master Excel/Google Sheet files.
Check data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
Standardize different reports into a common format.
? Reports, Graphs & Dashboards
Create clear and professional graphs from business data.
Improve the formatting and presentation of existing reports.
Build simple dashboards for management.




Convert raw data into easy-to-understand reports.
Track important business KPIs and highlight issues or delays.
⚙️ Process & System Improvement
Understand how our current work is being done.
Identify gaps, duplication, and unnecessary manual work.
Help create easy and practical SOPs.
Develop checklists and standard formats for recurring activities.
Organize files, reports, and workflows so that the team can follow a proper process.
? Independent Project
You will be given an independent project:
“MIS & Business Process Standardization”
You will be expected to:
Understand → Organize → Improve → Standardize → Document
The final output should include:
A standardized MIS format
Professional graphs/dashboards
Improved reporting workflow
SOP/checklist for the process
Recommendations for further improvement
You will present the completed project directly to management.
